Took over a year to get my tool back then double charge my credit card
I like this place. Nice and friendly helpful people. I went there looking to get my 50 year old MAC TOOLS impact wrench repaired, sentimental value plus I need it. Still waiting to hear back for a 2nd time but feel certain they will come through since all I need is a small metal part and an O-ring. This is my 2nd time to go to them for help which was on another matter.
Wanted 90% the price of a new tool to repair mine. Returned it to me in pieces in unusable condition when I said no to the repair. I paid for the estimation, at the absolute minimum they should've put the tool back together. Won't be using them again.
Personally, I enjoy the experience and my tools were returned in better condition than before!!! Would use again!!
