Always so pleasant to deal with. Called them yesterday they told me everything I needed for my real ID. Got there today and had the sweet blond lady I had three years ago when I moved here and as she was the first time super profesh funny and sweet. Pretty quick too clean and efficient. A plus
I paid the $27/+- fee instead of living through the incompetence and rude attitudes of the employees working over at the Mandeville DMV office. Today I arrived at 2:15 & finally left at 3:17.There were 3 desks; 1 girl spent the entire time with one guy; the third girl had taken her lunch break (2-3) leaving one person who helped the other 10 of us customers.
Hannah was awesome. She was quick and thorough. No time at all compared to the dmv.
Helaina knows how to handle her customers. She was pleasant articulate and kind.
