I saw Ron Haley and George Knox were suspended but Leslie Kelly (Bossier City)is still untouched?Even through I stated he shows up to court smelling like alcohol and marijuana!Also refusing to file motions, refusing ask for bond reductions,refusing to submit evidence and refusing to give refunds.I called your office to get answers on why my complaint was thrown out but the lady who answered keep cutting me like she didn't want to hear the facts.
They are the State of Louisiana disciplinary counsel for Louisiana lawyers; however, the office is focused on over all wellbeing for all Attorneys. Chief Counsel Andy Dobson and his staff are top notched. Louisiana lawyers are blessed to have he and his staff to assist lawyers in navigating their legal practice and life. I filed a complaint against attorney Leslie Kelly of Bossier city and they said they saw nothing wrong with his conduct.Even though I stated he would come to court drunk and smelling like weed.Dont waste your time!

I contacted the Baton Rouge office of the ODC to speak with one of the attorneys (note: I am not the subject of any complaint). I identified myself and was forwarded to voice mail for the assistant of the ODC attorney handling a complaint that is eight years old. When I asked for the mailing address/email address for the attorney, the receptionist (?) refused to provide any way to write to the attorney; a voice mail was my only option other than to write to the main office of ODC. Still waiting for a reply.
