If I’m honest, homelessness with underage kids is never an easy task for a single parent. Having someone to show up in times of struggle sure lightens the load. I tried calling to ask for assistance with utility and the lady that answered was so rude. Trying to rush me off the phone. She kept interrupting me when I would try and ask a question. When I finally was able to get a question in She said she had a number when I told her I need to write it down. She gave it to me quickly without even giving me a chance to get something to write it down. If your job is to help people then you should be more cordial and help.
