I get my taxes done here every year and they are great. Attentive and fast. This year when I went, I asked about the Trump account for my kids. The lady was extremely uninterested in doing this for me. Even had an attitude when she said “Why would you want to start that, It’s not like YOU can get any of the money.” Completely blew my mind. I don’t want access to something that is for my kids. Also why wouldn’t they be pushing for people to jumpstart a child’s future, rather than, trying to talk people out it??
I met with a case worker that attended me quickly and went out of her way to assist me and answered all my questions
