I came to see Louise at The Natural Health Centre in Newbury for hypnotherapy, which I’ve found really beneficial. Louise has a very calming approach and is very knowledgeable about her field. I would definitely see her again and would highly recommend her to anyone.

I went to Louise for chronic pain. I found the first couple of weeks I was exhausted after learning why I was in pain and why I am like I am. But after the 3rd session I started to feel so much better! My pain started to ease, but my mind also became so much quieter, less analytical, less critical. Louise is a very experienced practitioner who draws on her wealth of Mind Body knowledge to provide highly tailored therapy sessions including hypnotherapy. Louise was able to help me think about things differently and provide multiple very useful tools and resources to help me to recover from chronic pain. Louise is also very easy to talk to and takes time to listen, through her soft and empathetic approach. I would highly recommend Louise for anyone wanting to accelerate their recovery from chronic pain.
