I went to Louise for chronic pain. I found the first couple of weeks I was exhausted after learning why I was in pain and why I am like I am. But after the 3rd session I started to feel so much better! My pain started to ease, but my mind also became so much quieter, less analytical, less critical. Louise is a very experienced practitioner who draws on her wealth of Mind Body knowledge to provide highly tailored therapy sessions including hypnotherapy. Louise was able to help me think about things differently and provide multiple very useful tools and resources to help me to recover from chronic pain. Louise is also very easy to talk to and takes time to listen, through her soft and empathetic approach. I would highly recommend Louise for anyone wanting to accelerate their recovery from chronic pain.

I have visited Louise for two groups of six sessions and both times have been incredibly transformative. She is extremely skilled at helping you understand and communicate your own thoughts, and uses many techniques and a huge amount of knowledge to tailor the sessions to your specific needs. Louise is very empathetic and has a soft and caring approach. She takes time to listen before giving advice, and I leave feeling like I have truly been heard.

I am so glad that I found Louise. When I started my 10 session program with her I was a pretty nervous wreck and wracked with chronic pain.
