I came to see Louise at The Natural Health Centre in Newbury for hypnotherapy, which I’ve found really beneficial. Louise has a very calming approach and is very knowledgeable about her field. I would definitely see her again and would highly recommend her to anyone.

I went to Louise for chronic pain. I found the first couple of weeks I was exhausted after learning why I was in pain and why I am like I am. But after the 3rd session I started to feel so much better! My pain started to ease, but my mind also became so much quieter, less analytical, less critical.
