All the staff at louise jensen took such good care of my grandmother. She spoke highly of everyone. Melissa her social worker was exceptional and all nursing staff, including reception. All the cleaning staff and especially whom helped me clean her room out. Val was amazing from start to finish. There's no other place I would have wished my grandma to be at her end of life care. I live in Vancouver Island and phone on regular basis to try and talk to my sister Simone Shepert. Very hard to get someone to answer and l leave my call or not being returned at all and one time when someone called they told me to call back . I said no please go get her and they hung up My sister is in juniper Lodge. Is there a chance she can be moved to Hawthorne cottage as was planned earlier. Staff are super friendly, and professional. Had booked an appointment, but needed to come back about 10 minutes later as there was limited, waiting room seating available (try not to park far away, if you have difficulty standing or walking long distance).
