I was recently awarded funding through access to work to have 12 hours of adhd coaching sessions. I found Louise Hiles through google and immediately warmed to her. She combines coaching alongside a therapeutic approach which I found very helpful. Each of the sessions helped bring clarity to how my world views were formed and how I can utilise my innate skills, bringing forward hidden 'talents' that would improve my efficiency in the work place as well as how I saw myself.
