I’ve been going here for a year, best decision of my life :))
My personal experience was highly upsetting. These people working from a large residential townhouse complex "go through the motions" of counselling process but the aim is commercial and I found the heart lacking. I had several instances where both therapists were snippy and spoke sharply to their clients over little administrative things. I Sought EMDR help for complex trauma.
