Terrible staff need to be retrained. My mom has dementia and another resident was able to take my mom out in the back two nights in a row… And another time we took my mom out to dinner 31/2 later on our way back we get a call from the facility asking do I have my mom… The State auditor says he had a problem with her being gone over three hours before they noticed she was gone… Still haven’t heard from him either…The cover up is crazy…. They all need to be retrained…..
My uncle has been at Louisburg Nursing Center for the past five years, and he is always happy there. This is his second stay in the last seven years, and during this most recent time, we truly didn’t think he was going to make it. But when he arrived and saw Carla, he lit up like a Christmas tree. Seeing how much comfort and joy she brought him meant everything to our family. We truly appreciate everything Louisburg Nursing does for their residents and the care they provide every day.
This particular facility seemed fairly clean and the staff i encountered appeared friendly and helpful as we looked for a particular resident..
My childhood friend spent his last 2 years on this planet at Louisburg Nursing Center with advanced stage Parkinsons. I am deeply grateful for the level of care that he received. They were most accommodating to our specific yet evolving needs. The staff across all depts, i.e., Admin, Admissions, Social, Nursing, PT, House Keeping, Kitchen, etc., were at all times professional and friendly.
