I would like to thank the Avista staff for the professional way they excepted my dad and the care and friendly atmosphere they provide they have been very responsive to our needs and as a family, we couldn’t be happier.
Firstly, I want to start by saying this building has a habit of not ordering medication on time. Several times now I have been told by my loved one that they didn't have their medication. I spoke to 2 different med techs at each time this happened and was told they were waiting for cycle fill. If a resident is running low on medication they should not have to wait until the next cycle fill to receive it.
