Louis is an amazing Bowen therapist! He helped me so much in the lead-up to my powerlifting competition - my body felt balanced, relaxed, and strong on comp day. He really knows how to pinpoint problem areas and get you moving and recovering properly. Highly recommend to anyone needing recovery, pain relief, or performance support!!
I have been priviledged to have being treated with this highly professional service for over a year now. Louis has worked on my frozen Shoulder and Sciatica issues with 100% sucess. His techniques are gentle and calming. He also offers follow up exercises for increased support to vulnerable joinnt, muscles,tendons & ligaments. I can’t recommend Louis highly enough. I went in with really bad lower back pain that had been no good for a long time, and after just a few sessions I felt an incredible difference. Louis took the time to understand what was going on, explained everything clearly, and targeted exactly the right spots. If you’re dealing with pain or tightness Louis is the person to see.
Thanks to Louis at bowen therapy. I am now free of my back pain and sciatica pain, That I would normally have to take neurafen to help me get through the day. Wich is not ideal. As with everything Im a sceptic but after 5 visits I am amazed with how well bowen therapy works. Very little manipulation yet fantastic results. Don't put up with back pain go and see a bowen therapist you wont be disappointed. 10/10 Thanks again.
