Great service, friendly staff, super smooth.
They measured me perfectly, which is awesome because I'm a larger fella. But that's where the positive stops. The other 8 people in the wedding party had all kinds of problems with measurements. I thought I was good until I got to the church for the wedding and saw that my vest and shoes were the wrong color. I was the best man and the bride was pretty heartbroken over the mess up.
We ordered my husband’s and his groomsmen’s (and woman’s) suits through here and they were great! Everyone looked so sharp and Louie’s made it really easy for everyone to get fitted and pickup their suits.
There don’t seem to pay attention to what they rent out and the right size? My fiancé had to rent his tux here and the day of the wedding tried on his tux and it was ripped! I took photos immediately after he just picked it up and tried it on the day before. We told them and tried to show proof of the event and the photo time and no refund no lower cost or anything!
