I had a fantastic experience here! Karl who works at the front is very friendly and welcoming. Nathan took the time to thoroughly assess my needs. The treatment is both effective and thorough. Highly recommend for anyone seeking professional and compassionate care!
Karl and the staff at the Lougheed Wellness Centre was extremely professional and courteous even though I was running late a couple minutes for my appointment. Karl was very attentive to my needs and my concerns with what I was experiencing after my first run in a while. Aside from the massage, we discussed what stretches would be beneficial towards my recovery and highlighted what "pre-run" routines I can do to warm up better. I definitely would recommend Karl and will be back!
Karl SR is the best!!! Perfect pressure, right spots, and very nice. I can't believe he just graduated!! I'll be coming back 100% 😄
