I returned their car on May 20, 2025 and I was promised I would get my deposit on June 20, 2025 according to their own contract now I it’s July 4th and there is still no answer to when I will get my deposit. Just like the last 4 reviews, I have the same issue with this garbage company, its always magical bills, I have all the proof as well, practicing things not stated in their contract, if you're reading this and youre looking to file a lawsuit, message me.
The worst please stay away The accountant doesn’t know how to her job charging extra money and bounced payments fee that didn’t exist when you call them the hang up on you and I went to their office in Toronto they say they are not responsible and I should call the accountant team in Montreal. Also the accountant is asking me to pay 1680 when I asked her why she doesn’t know Just trust me and stay away they are not organized at all they just want your money I will add screenshots of the emails if needed
I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent with Weeve and avoid any at all costs. I deposited $1000 back in September 27 2024, and I drove for nine weeks. Sunday, December 1, 2024, the vehicle was parked on the street plugged into the EV charger, and a passing car collided with it.
