A good selection of EV cars options is available. As per the contract, they only follow the terms of the contract, so please follow it strictly. Upon returning my car, I received a refund within 35 days. I was a customer for six months, although there was little communication issues. Overall I had a good experience.
Car is proper not working and also service is not good
Unfortunately, my recent experience with both the vehicle and the customer service I received has been far from satisfactory. The car itself did not meet my expectations, and more importantly, I felt that the level of customer service provided was very poor. I did not feel that my time, concerns, and efforts were valued or acknowledged in a professional manner.
