Contacted about buying two speakers, but only wanted the newest version made in 2022 or newer and was told they were. I bought them and per date code from the manufacturer website they were made in 2019, not 2022 as I was told. Contacted through email to explain and was given a response that they will look into it and that the speakers have been the same for years, no difference between 2019 or 2022. went to their address unit to inquire about a repair for my vintage large advent with a blown tweeter. I had my woofers refoamed there 10 years ago. nobody home but called their phone number and the owner answered. advised me they are in the process of moving to the de kalb area and no longer do repairs. lack of parts and guys to do the work, familiar lament. patiently listened to my story, laughed at my jokes and offered some suggestions for getting the tweeter repaired.
