"Fresh Pies" - well we had to stop. On our way from Michigan to Virginia Beach with a stop near Reston, we stumbled upon Loudounberry. The raspberry Pie was literally fresh out of the oven, almost too warm to carry. It was PHENOMENAL. We also picked up some peaches. Worth the stop 10 out of 10 times! Probably good we don't live too close as I'd be here every week for a different flavor pie.
Bought and enjoyed a Delicious Apple Walnut Pie!! A definite place to stop and purchase the pies. Beautiful collection of plants : flowers, vegetables, and exotic vegetables like bhoot peppers and purple tomatoes. Staff is friendly too. Nice place, will go again.
I’ve driven past this place more times than I can count and never thought to stop—until yesterday. And wow… I’ve been missing out big time! I finally pulled in and tried their strawberry pie, it was warm, fresh, and hands-down one of the BEST pies I’ve ever had. Perfectly sweet, flaky crust, and bursting with flavor. I honestly can’t believe I waited this long. If you’ve ever driven by and wondered if it’s worth it—stop wondering. Just go! I’ll definitely be back again soon. 🥧
A large farm market with a good selection of annuals and perennials, and many Ukrainian grocery products. Also provides donuts (the chocolate one is nice) and sometimes a food vendor demoing. Cute farm animals in the back, like goats. Fun to browse for a bit.
