I make jump fillers for horse jumps and I get my lumber from here. Every single time I come, they are very helpful, let me select what pieces of wood I want, and NEVER MANSPLAIN!! As a competent woman with tools and heavy machinery it’s a refreshing change to walk in an be automatically treated like a normal person. 5 stars for that alone.
Reached out to Loudoun Lumber after waiting three weeks with 84 Lumber to just respond with a quote for a window sash. Loudoun Lumber had my quote back to me within 24 hours. Customer service was exceptional and responsive. I also have NEVER given a Google review but had to share my thoughts on these guys.
The customer service here is incredible. I was able to consultant with one of the sales reps over the phone about my project, and he guided me toward the correct lumber and confirmed pricing over the phone. They honestly had the best pricing and service.
Home town service and quality products.
