Reached out to Loudoun Lumber after waiting three weeks with 84 Lumber to just respond with a quote for a window sash. Loudoun Lumber had my quote back to me within 24 hours. Customer service was exceptional and responsive. I also have NEVER given a Google review but had to share my thoughts on these guys.
The customer service here is incredible. I was able to consultant with one of the sales reps over the phone about my project, and he guided me toward the correct lumber and confirmed pricing over the phone. They honestly had the best pricing and service.
Home town service and quality products.
I’m used to going to Lowe’s or Home Depot for lumber. No more. I needed some PVC trim board, but I couldn’t find it either at Lowe’s or Home Depot. Loudoun Lumber had it in stock and cut it for me since he was in 16 foot lengths.
