Edited: the service has improved significantly since and I can’t be happier. For awareness. Buses used to show up at the station 15-20 min late and always 25-30+ min late arrival time. Basically expected to be on the bus roughly for 2 hrs DC to Leesburg.

The bus driver on the route I take after work around 2:00 PM, heading toward Fort Evans Road, is consistently rude and unsafe. Every time I board, he drives off immediately without giving passengers time to sit down. I’ve nearly fallen multiple times because of this.On one occasion when it was raining, an older woman and her daughter were getting on the bus, and the woman almost fell, saying “woah” as she tried to steady herself.
