Buy surplus at a retail store. Not many if there.
Government at its best
Went to pick up my "winnings" of the Loudoun County online auction. Found the place amongst the many "industrial offices" in the back. Doorbell ringer at door, but the voice camera is set separate behind the visitor. Be sure to present an ID for them to see. The pickup of items are in the back at a loading dock. Drive back, and they will open their door for the pickup. Don't expect questions answered. It's "what you see (in the online photos) is what you get. All in all, the transaction went smoothly.
The lady who handles the auctions and pickup is ridiculous and nasty. She appears to be polite person through what she communicates but she is actually nasty and ridiculous. She does not act like a seller and treat you like a customer. She acts like a stupid Queen and you will have to follow what she asks for.
