Divorce, custody, property division are contentious; throw in complications and things can get complicated. Two years into litigation Michael was able to work out a deal in eight hour that satisfied both parties. I consider him a miracle worker who saved us potentially 40k in attorney fees. If you have a difficult case, need a family law expert with experience in all aspects of family law consider Michael Louden.
Mr Louden should not be in service to no one what he did in my mediation case was heartless. I have been suffering for a year and a half trying to get a divorce from a domestic violence marriage and we are finally mediating - my x attorney picks the mediator which should have been a red flag Mr Louden sat there and mediated for 4 1/2 hours snd all it was to talk about is COMMUNITY PROPERTY- it was easy! Mr. Louden is also a part time Family Law commissioner. As a judge in my divorce hearing, Mr. Louden did not report child abuse allegations made by my now ex-wife and her family in court to Child Protective Services (CPS). It was obvious to anyone it was a false allegation. By not reporting Mr. Louden completely destroyed my case and my life. When you are accused of child abuse, people consider you guilty until proven innocent. By not reporting to CPS, I was branded in the divorce by everyone as "might a child abuser". I hav... read more
