First off I would like to say that Mr Andrew louck's. He did an amazing job on my case, he appeared for me due to my health conditions every court appearance, drove from his office to Port Elgin for me to sign documents. He also kept me updated on my case consistently throughout the years. I called in to ask a question. The lady I spoke with was rude and dismissive, and at the end of the conversation simply stated: I can ask someone and “maybe have them give you a call back.” I’ve worked with and spoken to great law firms and this was by far the least professional experience I’ve had. Poor taste and ill-fashioned.
