I called in to ask a question. The lady I spoke with was rude and dismissive, and at the end of the conversation simply stated: I can ask someone and “maybe have them give you a call back.” I’ve worked with and spoken to great law firms and this was by far the least professional experience I’ve had. Poor taste and ill-fashioned.
