I did senior pictures here with my daughter and I was very nervous being that the reviews were intimidating. But we had a really nice session. We were at the studio for a little over an hour. The staff was friendly, but I felt like the photographer was a little shy, but still very kind. I’m so glad we had a nice experience. We received photo proofs before we left as well and was explained on how to purchase photos, pick photo for the yearbook and etc.. Thanks so much!
Daughter had her senior photos done here because we didn't get a choice. Yearbook photos for most high schools in the area have to come from this studio. Arrived at the studio with my senior and the lady at the front was really nice, but would rather talk to anyone that would listen instead of helping the kids get settled in. They are left standing and waiting just to check in, holding their outfits and nervously wondering if they are at the right place. The pictures were equivalent to JCP portraits. This company has terrible customer service, and it’s frustrating that we’re forced to use them. Picture day was two months ago, and I still haven’t received my order — which I had to place blindly since they don’t provide proofs for parents to see. Their site is not user friendly. Reaching out to customer service has been a nightmare: responses are unprofessional, written in all caps with no punctuation, and offer no real help. Extremely disappointing experience overall.
My kids did school pictures and it doesn’t let me view any of the pictures before purchase I don’t want to spend my hard earned money on the photos if I can’t see what my children look like in the photos, I don’t know if their eyes are closed if their hair got messed up after lunch nothing I don’t care if the Watermark is from top to bottom covered on the photo I just want to see what my children look like before I buy it
