Ashley was AMAZING! Very comfortable environment. By the end I felt fully relaxed and stretched. She even showed me some stretches to help with my tight shoulders.
I visited Lotus Yoga and Massage for a 60 minute massage. I was greeted with a clean space with good lighting and soothing music. Ashlee asked about my soreness and explained what to expect from my session in a friendly and professional manner. I felt very comfortable and appreciated that she gave me some stretching advice for my home care. I was so relaxed after my massage and have already booked my next visit.
I recently experienced severe neck and back pain, but after my visit with Ashlee, the pain was completely alleviated. Her expertise and approach made a significant difference, and I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with her. She provides the best massage in the St. Louis area. Already have my next appointment schedule.
