Both the massages and yoga sessions are great!
This is a great class! A vinyasa flow with longer yin poses makes an excellent workout. I’m glad it was added to the schedule!
People were very friendly, Aliya was a great masseuse, and booking was very easy. Very nice shop as well. Will definitely be back again.
