Not dependable neer showed up for pickup made me an appointment
Horrible transportation from the driver going 80 miles an hour. Had a 12:30 pick up and then they said 1:30 and then 2pm . They do not care they said that we were just going home and that other people had appointments ,no kind you my boyfriend is a vented person with pneumonia and was sitting in a wheelchair for more than 8 hours. Never will use these people again and do not recommend them.
TERRIFYING! DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR LOVED ONES! Driver failed to secure my wheelchair so when I transferred back into my chair at my appointment and when I got home, the chair collapsed and I fell face first on the pavement. (My wheelchair is not meant to be sat in moving vehicles). 30min late to pick-up for an appointment 1hr 30min late to pick me up and bring me home.
