I went to lotus Thai massage today and it was amazing . I went in with a migraine and Lisa worked so hard to help me with the pain. She tried so many different techniques. I left with a lighter headache than I walked in with , I went home had a magnesium bath and rested as she suggested . My migraine has gone and my neck and head feels so much better .
