If you are looking for a unique way to experience deep relaxation and meditation, I highly recommend trying out one of their sound baths. Douglas is incredible and creates a welcoming, inclusive and serene environment. I can’t wait to join another one in the near future!

I attended a Lotus Soundbath in the evening at Ghost Ranch two days ago. The whole experience was well thought out to encourage relaxation. Douglas has a very relaxed, welcoming presence. He made sure everyone had what they needed in order to get comfortable. Before he began, Douglas explained what a soundbath was and how it calmed the body and brainwaves. I went to my first sound bath last Monday at the cathedral. It was amazing. I HAD to plan another one and take a friend. We went to the Sandia Sunset Sound Bath series on Sunday and the experience was so incredibly moving. I was able to focus on my intention and allow the sounds to move my soul to a peace that can only be understood if you open yourself to the experience. It was wonderful. Thank you Douglas and family!
My wife and I were fortunate enough to have participated in a Lotus Sound Bath with Mr. Douglas Cardwell, and we both left feeling transformed, as if we had had an other-worldly experience.
