I had my very first sound bath experience today at Lotus Sound with Jai and Justine, and it was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, both of them were so warm, kind, and welcoming, creating an environment where it was easy to relax and feel completely at ease. Very welcoming space but not what we were expecting unfortunately. Minimal use of sound bowls and overall dissonant.
My wife and I attended Sunday morning Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath while on our mini vacation in Collingwood. Justine and the space were very welcoming. The studio is well equipped with bolster, blankets, blocks and everything you need to feel supported as you relax and allow Justine to bathe you in sound.
