I used to love Lotus Mind+Body Spa but since the man (I believe his name is Rob) has become a front desk fixture and taken on customer service the place has gone completely downhill. The customer service is rude and Rob is unorganized and loses membership paperwork. They tried to recharge me for a membership that wasn’t expired and then when I tried to explain my part he yelled over me and told me if I didn’t have a copy of the contract there was nothing he could do because he didn’t have a copy.
