Josh was great! I haven’t had a massage in years and he really took his time with my problem areas like my shoulders and hips. 10/10 recommend, he knows what he is doing and very respectful. Thank you so much Josh! Truly grateful!

I absolutely adore Lotus Mind and Body. The experience is simply amazing. Between the aesthetic from just walking in and the warm welcoming feeling to the perfectly lit rooms and music, it sets the tone for a great environment for a massage. I’ve had both Charissa and Josh massage me and they are both amazing at hitting the right pressure without pain! 10/10 would recommend!
I took my son for Chryotherapy and it was amazing. Just 5-10 minutes of treatment and he noticed immediate relief in his knees. Ladies were super sweet and made it an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend for reducing inflammation and pain. The owner even called to check on my son a few days after his treatment.
My husband was so sweet to get me a prenatal massage with Charissa, I was a little nervous since it was a new place for me. Absolutely love it! Best massage I ever had, felt so relax and pamper. Deff making my 2nd appointment soon!!
