I can’t say enough about my facial girl Armenthia and the ENTIRE CREW at Lotus Medical Spa—they are absolutely AMAZING! 5 stars are WELL DESERVED!!!! I finally got the courage to get lip injections after years of insecurities. I was extremely nervous, but as soon as I walked in I was greeted with warm smiles that instantly brought reassurance. RN Deja was the nurse that did my injections and man, I couldn’t have asked for better. She was AMAZING! Super friendly. She made me laugh and really made me feel so comfortable. Roni was amazing! This was my first time having any kind of work done to my face, Ronni bedside manner was fabulous. She listened to all of my concerns addressed and explained everything to me lol she knew I was a nervous wreck and within speaking to her I was so comfortable and relaxed. It was the best experience I left there 100% happy and satisfied with my results, I got lip filler, Botox and am starting the ZO facial treatment. I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment and future treatments.
A few weeks ago, I went to Lotus Luxe Med Spa for lip filler and ended up having a vascular occlusion—a serious complication that caused immense pain and required an emergency visit to have the filler dissolved. This is not the experience I signed up for. I received no compensation, no real apology, and no effort to make things right. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional! Whole staff is warm, knowledgeable & kind! Dr. Epps and Armenthia are outstanding people! Ronnie & Dasia both took great care of me! & Joy was simply amazing! You’ve earned a customer for life! 10/10 highly Recommended!
