A beautiful space to relax and heal! Wonderful instructors and a great range of classes to meet all abilities. The studio Kristina Gauthier envisioned and created inspired me to take my yoga teacher training with Lotus Loft Yoga School. It was a positive environment and amazing opportunity to develop and deepen my yoga practice. And now I feel so honoured to have the opportunity to teach here!
I absolutely love Madelyne’s classes. They’re the perfect blend of faster-paced sequences, longer pose holds, breath work, and gentler flows, and they definitely make you sweat. Her Fit Flow and Empower Flow classes have been amazing: a strong, challenging workout that builds heat while still feeling intentional and well-balanced. I always leave feeling energized, grounded, and accomplished.
I had my first practice with Madeline today; it felt ethereal. She was a skilled yogi and excellent instructor. The studio is lovely. I’d highly recommend
A very relaxing and grounding class here! Instructor had a lovely, warm presence. It was a slower flow — more Hatha than Vinyasa. Very enjoyable and just what I was in the market for:) a lovely and cozy space as well!
