Cannot recommend Rhiannon’s classes enough, best yoga teacher I’ve ever experienced.
Not only does Lotus Loft have a great variety of class types and a welcoming space, their staff are phenomenal. I especially love Rhiannon’s classes there. They are honestly such a good reset. The space she creates feels so calming and open, and her classes are the perfect mix of grounding and challenging without ever feeling intimidating. I always leave feeling better mentally and physically. Highly recommend her classes!
First time here and it was amazing! Linda made the Yin class engaging with her knowledge in the Chakras and knowing just what I needed tonight. The tiniest touch of Reiki at the end was the icing 🙌 See you again soon

A beautiful space to relax and heal! Wonderful instructors and a great range of classes to meet all abilities. The studio Kristina Gauthier envisioned and created inspired me to take my yoga teacher training with Lotus Loft Yoga School. It was a positive environment and amazing opportunity to develop and deepen my yoga practice. And now I feel so honoured to have the opportunity to teach here!
