A beautiful space to relax and heal! Wonderful instructors and a great range of classes to meet all abilities. The studio Kristina Gauthier envisioned and created inspired me to take my yoga teacher training with Lotus Loft Yoga School. It was a positive environment and amazing opportunity to develop and deepen my yoga practice.
I have been looking for a yoga studio for years that fits with my schedule, and offers a mix of classes with a traditional yoga feel. Lotus loft is exactly what I have been searching for! The studio has a great mix of teachers, styles and levels of intensity, the vibe of the studio and its community is lovely, welcoming and kind.
I recently completed my yoga teacher training with Lotus Loft and I cannot recommend it enough. I had been wanting to the yoga teacher training for a few years and the timing just never worked out until I came across the winter/spring program at Lotus Loft. Lotus Loft is my favourite yoga studio! The staff are always so welcoming, remembering my name, treating me with such care! Jenn's Rest & Restore class on Tuesdays are so calming and put me in the perfect relaxed state. I'm always learning new poses and breathing techniques for my restorative practice! I have always wanted to get my yoga teacher certification and found out about Lotus Loft from a friend. I have almost completed the 200 hrs of training and found it so beneficial. This studio is great for instructor training. Kristina and her team are amazing to work with through the training. Very supportive and knowledgeable. Whether you are looking to instruct a yoga class or just want to do this for yourself - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOTUS LOFT!
