I lost their invoice email, when I phoned and asked them to send it again, it took a few months and several emails and phone calls. When I finally got the invoice, their electronic internet payment wouldn’t accept my credit card, and they don’t take credit card payments over the phone, so I had to drive 1.5 hours round trip. Waited weeks (most of the time months) for anything to be done. I called and emailed so many times but was always told it will be done by some date, and it never was. Eventually took my business elsewhere when I couldn't wait any longer. Renee on reception was amazing though, and I just feel sorry for how many times she had to answer my calls/emails.

I recently had a Will made out by Lotus Legal in rockingham. Extremely good, clear advice and help given by Michelle Henderson, who was very friendly and patient and who made the whole process very easy and understandable. Many thanks to Michelle and to Lotus Legal. Highly recommended !
