While I did get my LOA and thats why you get a star. Do not expect any empathy, compassion from this Woman at this office. She was absolutely useless when it came to getting back to my emails , helping with my deceased husbands affairs. She had no idea of the financial struggle I could of avoided if she had done her job, but I had to do it for her once I got my LOA. Terrible service. No one bothered to call me back or reply to my emails. I contacted them a few times an d each time I did I got no response so have gone elsewhere. If they were to busy to take me on as a client I would rather they have just told me instead of me having to wait weeks for nothing.

I lost their invoice email, when I phoned and asked them to send it again, it took a few months and several emails and phone calls. When I finally got the invoice, their electronic internet payment wouldn’t accept my credit card, and they don’t take credit card payments over the phone, so I had to drive 1.5 hours round trip. That’s when I decided to change to another law firm. After 3 more weeks, and my new law firm harassing them for my file, they now say they won’t release until I pay my outstanding bill of $59.01.
