Update: Responding to the person who responded to my review. The stylist never once said it would be multiple sessions….what she booked was a HAIR TRANSFORMATION. I did not receive that, I left looking like I did this on my own at home. This is my hair and you should take accountability for your wrong doing and not try to gaslight someone….how sad and disgusting.
