Really nice class (cardio dance) with a great instructor (Alana) - I felt comfortable even when I wasn't falling into the steps (which by the way she makes very easy to fall into!). A class that was enjoyable, yet you knew and felt you were getting a workout. Can't wait to return and to try the other classes here!
It is amazing to have such an amazing yoga studio in Jamestown! When I first moved here, I found community & friends at Lotus! Kim, Nicole & Cassie are amazing teachers and I love hot yoga, it is a tough workout but also great for stretching, re-energizing and reflecting! Can’t recommend Lotus enough!
About 6 weeks ago, I attended my first ever yoga session - guided and recommended by means of Cassie Labbe through Lotus Healing Center. That first session changed my entire outlook on not only yoga but also my current Life orientation. Since then, I have faithfully attended weekly. My wife and I were gifted an Ionic Foot Detox. Linda was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and sharing she walked us they every step in the process. The location is super clean and it is amazing everything they have to offer. This is a place everyone needs to visit!!!
