I suffered from chronic neck pain, headaches which eventually turned into migraines, fatigue and TMJ for 30 years. I went to my doctor and was prescribed PT. The neck pain did go away with PT but not the headaches and migraines. I added acupuncture, meditation and yoga to my routine.
