Went in for a regular massage and they were trying to upsell me into 'other' services. Staff were extremely rude.

Very good therapists, friendly and welcoming. The premises are clean and very nicely decorated. The massages are excellent and very relaxing. I have been a number of times and I would not hesitate to recommend this Lotus to others.
