I tried acupuncture, after trying everything else, for upper back tension. I wish I had found Dr. Cara sooner because she is the only one who has been able to give me long-term pain relief. She’s an incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and caring person that makes you feel heard and so at ease. I look forward to every appointment I have as a form of self-care. I recommend her to everyone that tells me about a persistent ailment. It’s amazing all the things that acupuncture can treat!
Dr. Cara was very thorough, efficient, Covid friendly, and effective. I would highly recommend her for accupucture therapy. I went for an appointment for migraine relief and was very satisfied with the results.
