I was really nervous to come here after reading the two previous 1 star reviews but I am so glad I decided to go. Very inexperienced and unprofessional. Spends 80% of your appointment on her phone doing ig lives answering peoples questions. And if she’s not on ig live she’s on phone calls or texting or even asking you to hold her phone for her while she texts. Gets absolutely nothing done during the sessions and leaves early too. My 1st appointment at Lotus was on 12/31/22, I was 2 days post liposuction with J Plasma skin tightening to my abdomen. On my 1st appointment, Janet and another staff member both worked on me at the same time. On their website they state, “Our gentle soothing lymphatic treatment after surgery speeds up recovery…” The treatment was NOT gentle or soothing. Janet and her team here at lotus body contouring are extremely knowledgeable and good at what they do! From lymphatic massages to skin tightening, she’s the best! I lost many inches to my waist and she really made my a lot more confident with my mid section! I will try to upload pics of before/after soon!
