Called in advance to see if they did remedial massage with healthcare rebate and was told yes. Came in and was ushered into a room without a word. Worst massage of my life and the individual put her hands WAY too close to places I was not comfortable with. Would not stop when I was telling her she was hurting me repeatedly. It was not remedial and my back is now injured severely. When it was finally over, I went out to pay and was told they dont offer the service I thought I booked.
