The delivery team called before they arrived and were very professional at my residence , after setting up I was asked if everything was put in place as I expected, , very good experience
We have purchased furniture several times from Lotts and have ALWAYS been so pleased. From the extremely helpful sales people, to Jonathan who has the patience of Job with scheduling and then the great delivery guys, Lotts will always be my go to for furnishings for our home.

Poor quality. My family purchased a ding room set and not even a year later the right front leg on 6 out of 8 chairs split. We purchased the damage protection plan and spent the last 6 months trying to get our claim resolved. A family of 6 can’t share a meal together since we only have 2 chairs.. if I knew we would be able to file a claim I wouldn’t have bought the table and chairs
