I love this store. They have very unique selection of furniture and accessories. I deal exclusively with Jana and she always alerts me when something I want is going on a special sale. A couple of times per year, they have great sales.

Pleasantly surprised at the selection , pricing , and salesperson . No pressure , or hassle . Went to look at a mattress and ended up buying a sofa too. Not your typical furniture store . Highly recommend .

My elderly mother had a bad experience with Lott’s Furniture in Fernandina Beach Fl. The staff at the store originally told her that her bedroom set would be delivered in two weeks. For eight weeks she waited for delivery and got the run around by the sales person and the manager. At this point she told them she did not want the furniture and would like her money back. They flatly refused and told her it would be two more weeks, she even contacted Mr. Lott himself and found him to be more rude than his non customer focused s... read more
