My elderly mother had a bad experience with Lott’s Furniture in Fernandina Beach Fl. The staff at the store originally told her that her bedroom set would be delivered in two weeks. For eight weeks she waited for delivery and got the run around by the sales person and the manager. At this point she told them she did not want the furniture and would like her money back.
