If I could give this company a 0 rating, I would. I have been working with my current employer for 3yrs and they go through Lott Vernon for payroll. The first year I was working with my employer, Lott Vernon screwed up my W2. They stated I had 8 exemptions on my W4. I asked for a copy of my W4, which they never provided. I updated my W4 after this incident and 2yrs go by and this year I am having the same issue, only this time I cannot get a straight answer on why my federal income tax withheld is so low. Love this company. I started a small business at the beginning of the year and thought I could do my own accounting to save money. So after I spent 4 months making a giant mess of EVERYTHING I walked into the office and met with Lynne. I handed her a stack of papers about a foot tall and emailed her a very disorganized spreadsheet. They took care of EVERYTHING and educated my staff and our accounting is basically on auto pilot. Very reasonable pricing as well. They handle all our accounting needs and are constantly educating... read more
