DO NOT USE Lott and Vernon Killeen for your income taxes. I have had the worst customer service from them. Phone calls and emails are not being returned at all. Almost 1 month after Income Tax day, my widowed mother's taxes still are not filed and she is unable to make my payments! This has been the worst experience. If I could give NEGATIVE STARS, I would.
