Door says “By Appointment Only” on it, calling the operator rings an unattended phone. Pressing 1 for sales just lists a bunch of specific people by name. Zero clue or indication of how to initiate business with this company.
I stopped into the showroom needing help with getting a replacement Steelcase part. Anna was very helpful and welcoming, and worked with her team to quickly get me the part I needed from the vendor!
I was directed by Steelcase to contact LOTH Columbus to obtain warranty service on a Leap chair. I called their main number a half-dozen times, but each time I was sent directly to voicemail or transferred to voicemail. Nobody ever called me back. Seems nobody is ever in the office or available to take a call. Maybe they're going out of business? Not sure.
