I had a disappointing experience with Lotey Associates. My friend and I applied for our parents’ visitor visas through them — a total of three applications — and unfortunately, all three were rejected. We were not properly guided about the required documents or possible reasons that could lead to refusal. I expected more professional advice and attention to detail, especially when dealing with such important applications. I hope they improve their service and provide clearer guidance to clients in the future.
