Today I came in with my service dog and my child to purchase essentials . As soon as I got inside the security started screaming at me that no dogs were allowed as well as another man . I did have all of the service paper work and they didnt even give me a chance to provide the paper work or show them the bottom of her harness which does have a tag that shows shes a service tag and allows me some privacy as well It was very humiliating and I cant believe I was discriminated against this way . At about 5pm I walked into a Lot-Less closeouts on ************************************************************. I have never ever had an experience like this before in any other store. As I was leaving the store at around 5:48pm the person at door told me to come back in the store because the door was ringing I can hear that absolutely nothing in their store was ringing. Do not buy any battery-operated toy from Lot Less at **************************************************************. They simply will not work. My young daughter comes here with her grandma to shop. They spend a lot of money on toys that do not work. She just opened two Surprise LOL toys that are battery-operated. They do not work. The toys are not cheap. I could not simply return the toys. Lot Less Closeouts location on 206 West 40th Street practices price gouging. I regularly shop at Lot Less Fulton location and I am familiar with prices. Went to pick up some oil and it was labeled at 3.99, when I went to the register it scanned for 8.99. When I asked for the manager named Raj to assist he scraped the price tag off and proceeded to tell me that the prices changed. An 8.99 price tag was added over the rest of oils on the shelf. Good morning *** ****; i want to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced at our location on 40th street, I checked with the Store Manager about your inquiry and I was assured that there were 5/6 bottles of oil left on the shelves which were all priced at $ 8.99. the item also scanned at $ 8.99 and there were no double price tags on the item. LOT-LESS is the worst store in *********. They sell nothing, but garbage. Damaged second-hand cosmetics, closeouts, that expired last year. Bought 2 different eye liners, both are useless. One is all dried up and the other one has ton of tiny pieces of glass, that injured my eyes. Promptly brought them back to get store credit on ******** in *********, but manager flatly refused,suggested, I should just throw them in the garbage, they do not give money back (even thought it is New York Law), which I did, right there in the s... read more

Unfortunately, Lot Less has not just rude employees, but very strange ones. Obviously they hate the customers, and will pick on anything like bullies. I had a reusable cup in my basket, that I took out before I placed my items on the counter. It had a small amount of water moisture that I didn't even realize was on the countertop. It was barely anything, but the cashier pointed to it and asked "What is this?" as though I were a stupid child. I automatically looked, and then shook my cup saying it was from there (duh). My rate to this place is 0 , they workers are very nasty to the customers,they talk back , they give you attitude,they talk in there language whit others coworkers, my experience was , they where looking at every movement I did , which I felt so uncomfortable,how can lot less employees can make you feel like garbage,I feel that you neeed to Americanize your store with your workers. Horrible service, unfriendly/rude employees, the place is a total mess, lawsuit waiting to happen with all the boxes and merchandise laying around on the FLOOR, poor clientele. Awful.
