This lively place offers low cost and delicious meals and all sorts of activities. I have returned to my routine there--breakfast TuTh, followed by a class called "Gentle Exercise," which incorporates the use of exercise bands and balls for a good, overall workout which strengthens both muscles and memory. This and other senior centers in Albuquerque also offer craft classes and excursions to scenic locations, spas and cultural activities in the city and beyond.
Excellent place to have breakfast! Great food at a great price. Stop in to see what classes you might be interested in! There are also field trips to go on like swimming and hiking. Play pool, cards, bingo or have coffee and a chat with a friend or family. There's always a challenging puzzle to work on, too! On Fridays, stop in from 8 to 11:30 am to check out their Flea Market.
