Very unprofessional service and experience. My mother was given a draft document that contained my husband's name being misspelled in one location. We added a note to have that changed and instead the entire document became misspelled. Instead of offering to correct their mistake, we are being told it's not an issue and to sign an A.K.A. later. This was an error on the firm's part and should have been corrected.
Great experience! Provided estate planning for my parents and in-laws. Very caring and responsive. Thanks for all your help.
