Mande por paquetería al paso y pésimo servicio no estaba el muchacho me decían 9 luego que 9:30 llegaba y pasaba el tiempo y ni señales pongan más atención a sus empleados!
El servicio ha cambiado y mejoró mucho pero falta poner orden en los usuarios. Enseñarlos a cuidar porque parece que en sus casas no lo hicieron. Urge una remodelacion a la central y una serie de camiones realmente VIP como Turistar de México. Ah y muy importante ya dejen de llegar a Los Pinos...es un lugar sucio y no ofrece nada bueno para 12 horas de camino
My parents took it from TX to KS it overheated and broke down. They finally got a replacement bus out to them and it was cramped and uncomfortable. Then my husband took it from KS to TX. We were hoping first time was a hey things happen but no. 3 hours from destination a tire blew out. Luckly the driver was able to pull over safely. 3 hours away from destination but took nearly 7 to get a replacement out to them. My mom took a trip to Los Angeles, California, yesterday, July 25th, on bus number 6758 with driver Juan Carlos—a man who was incredibly rude. Furthermore, after they had already set off, he stopped at one point to wait for a woman, causing a delay of a full hour. It was terrible service I don't get it; the buses here don't stick to the schedule.
Si pudiera le daba zero estrellas! Aqui no existe el servicio al cliente. Nosotros compramos nuestro boleto de El Paso a Las Vegas el dia miercoles para salir el Sabado 18 de Julio 2026 a las 7pm. Nos llamaron a la fila a las 6:30pm y a las 7:21pm nos dejaron abordar. Asta alli todo bien. A las 8pm viene el maletro a decir nos que ay un retraso por que estan esperando un bus que venia de Cuidad Juarez por que la jente no sacaron a tiempo sus permisos.
